Reakiro Monthly Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to this prize draw terms and conditions.

2. The prize draw is being run by Reakiro Poland Sp. z o.o. 

3. The prize draw is valid till 31 December 2023. 

 

Eligibility to enter 

1. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and is free to enter.

2. The entrants must check the Shipping Countries. Reakiro will not accept entrants from countries that are not on the list.

3. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. 

4. The prize draw will include those who leave a review on: Holland & Barrett or Trustpilot or Reakiro’s Facebook page or TrustedShops, Reakiro UK online shop

You can get an extra entry by leaving a review on all provided reviews platforms.

5. You must verify your entry by filling the form with the following information:

- Your name; 

- email address; 

- A screenshot(s) of the review / or a link(s) to your review

6. Reakiro will not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. 

 

The prize

1. The prize will be one gift voucher with a value of 150 euro for Reakiro products. 

2. The Gift voucher must be used on our website within 60 days after the winner is announced.

3. The voucher is not valid on discounted products or in conjunction with any special promotion.

4. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. 

5. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. 

6. The decision of Reakiro regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

7. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Reakiro shall be entitled to select another winner.

8. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

 

Winner announcement 

1. The winner will be drawn at random using the platform wheelofnames.com

2. The winner will be chosen during the first week of the month on Reakiro’s social media pages and the winner’s name will be published on Reakiro CBD Review page.

3. Reakiro will attempt to contact the winner by email or on social media up to two times. 

4. If the winner does not respond to the messages notifying them about the win within 14 days of the second message, the winner will lose their right to the prize, and Reakiro reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. 

 

Data protection and publicity 

1.  You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Reakiro for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice. 

2.  The winner agrees to the release of their first and last name on Reakiro’s page to any other prize draw participants.

3. An announcement of the winners the first name will be made via Reakiro’s social media. 

 

General 

1. Reakiro reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
