What is CBD?
CBD is the shortened, abbreviated term for cannabidiol which is a naturally occurring compound found in cannabis plants, this kind of compound is known as a cannabinoid. For those trying CBD for the first time, we would recommend starting with a 10mg dosage and increasing slowly while paying attention to the effects to find your optimal dose.
