  2. Prep and chop to fit in the juicer
  3. Add the ingredients to the juicer one at a time
  4. Add Reakiro CBD oil (to taste).

We're deep into autumn right now and there’s nothing more appropriate for this time of year than a couple of root vegetables. People tend to overlook the great health properties of beetroot and they associate it with dishes our grandma might cook. However, not only is this vibrant magenta vegetable full of deliciousness, it is also packed with health benefits and is the star of this show!

Beetroot is full of iron, folic acid, and antioxidants which contribute to lowering blood pressure, fighting cancer, maintaining a healthy weight, and supporting your liver. This revival of love for beets has caused a 35% increase in sales year-on-year in the UK! If you weren’t convinced before, now is your time to give it a go.

Adding the CBD oil to your juice can be adjusted in quantity to adhere to your optimal dosage. Of course this varies from person to person, so if it is your first time trying CBD it is advised to begin with the recommended 10ml. CBD is a non-psychoactive compound with a range of wellness benefits, so if you put slightly too much in there is no risk - it just may not be the optimum dosage for your body.
